Ravendale Ranche Kennel has been boarding dogs since 1990.

Our kennelmaster, Ravinn O. West, bred and showed champion Silky terriers from 1983 to 1998. Her best bitch, Can Am CH Amron’s Adora-Bear was Top Silky Terrier in Canada (1990 CKC) and one of the Top Ten Toy dogs in Canada(1990) and Best in Show(1990) owner handled under breeder-judge John Lusk. Ravinn has finished 30 Silky Terriers and a Shih Tzu to their Canadian championships.



She is a member of the CKC and a life member of the Silky Terrier Club of America.



Ravinn has a real talent with training and has improved the lives of many dogs and their families with her very successful training methods. We offer private training, diet counseling and you can purchase the best in training equipment at the kennel.

Our Philosophy



We treat your dog as if he were our own while he is with us and enjoy very close and emotional relationships with our regulars.



We patiently teach new dogs what is expected of them and reward them enthusiastically for compliance.

We will observe your dog closely at kennel and will report any physical or  behavioral difficulties.



In the event of an injury or any condition that requires immediate attention,  the ‘permission to treat’ option MUST BE SIGNED ON THE CONTRACT in order for a vet to treat WITH YOUR PERMISSION.

Without your signature, the vet will refuse treatment due to legal issues regarding responsibility.
